FACTORS AFFECTING STUDENT’S QUALITY IN HIGHER EDUCATION

This study aims to research the influence of student’s behavior, lecturer’s competency, and school’s facilities on quality at Sekolah Tinggi Manajemen Informatika dan Komputer (STMIK) Mikroskil Ilmu Ekonomi (STIE) Mikroskil. is a descriptive with quantitative method approach. The population in this were undergraduate students totaling 3.493 students, sample size used 360 obtained using Slovin formula. sampling technique stratified random techniques applied each program. data analysis multiple linear regression analysis. results showed that had positive significant effect Student’s by 43.5 %. Future researchers are suggested carry out process learning management improving quality.
